Outsourcing - A business strategy that involves reducing costs by using suppliers of products and services in countries where labor is cheaper and government regulation may be less strict.
POV- Outsourcing is not okay. Large companies like Nike and Del Monte are taking advantage and finding loop holes in the economy. For example Nike's sweatshop in the third world country, where the countries labor laws are different than America. Where large corporations are able to pay workers a few cents a day. Which is not enough money to have a decent quality of life. This is common with women. I find it disgusting and disrespectful.

Ecological Footprint - The area of the earth’s surface necessary to sustain the level of resources a person uses and the waste she or he creates. The way we can measure the demand we put on nature.
POV- It's just showing how much people waste. It really shows how much that every person uses on a daily basis. Everyone leaves an ecological footprint. If you use any water, use plastic, electricity, gas or any natural resources you are making an ecological footprint. I believe that it could limited for people by taking shorter showers, turning the lights off when you aren't in the room, watch plastic use or carpool.

The resource gap. Which is the gap between the resources the earth can reasonably supply. Many of the world’s people are striving to improve their material well-being by consuming more goods and services, but he more they consume, the bigger their ecological footprint is. This increasing consumption will affect sustainability. Individuals and groups, such as the United Nations are promoting the idea of environmental stewardship - this involves accepting responsibility for ensuring that the earth’s resources remain sustainable.
POV- I believe that all these large corporations taking advantage of the resources on earth is unfair. Topics like deforestation, killing of animals, water privatization and other ideas are what is causing this resource gap. People need to realize that if we keep demanding resources there's going to be nothing left for our future generation.
